- Delivery
- We charge £1.95 for Royal Mail 1st class post within the UK. If you need a gift voucher urgently you can choose to have your voucher emailed to you free of charge. Alternatively you can have your gift voucher sent via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery for £4.95 and will require a signature.
- Gift Vouchers will be sent to yourself or can be sent directly to the recipient at another address at your request. Obviously we will endeavour to get your gift voucher to you on time but in circumstances out of our control such as postal strikes we cannot be held liable for any delay.
- Data Protection
- PopStarForADay fully complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- We make sure that personal information is in keeping with its eight principles:

- We are happy to offer a refund on an unbooked gift voucher providing you contact us within 7 days of receiving your gift voucher. Refunds will only be made to the person who purchased the gift voucher and if purchased by credit or debit card the refund will be credited to the same card.
- Cancellations
- If an experience has been booked and the recipient needs to re-schedule or cancel this will be possible providing you have given us at least 7 days notice.
- In the unlikely event that we need to postpone an experience for reasons beyond our control such as mechanical breakdown we will try to notify you and reschedule the experience as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience.
- Bookings
- Singing experience recording slots are subject to availability. Weekend slots are very popular so please book well in advance. PopStarForADay cannot be held liable if the recipient's preferred recording slot is unavailable.
- If the recipient is late for their booking extra time will not be provided and the experience will not over run. Please ensure that the recipient plans the route well in advance allowing sufficient time to arrive at the booking start time.
- Please do not turn up more than 10 minutes before the experience booking time.
- PopStarForADay reserves the right to change our studio location at any time. Recipients who have made their booking before a move will be notified of the new location either by email or telephone.
- Age
- All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Behaviour
- During the recording session if the recipients behaviour causes concern in any way PopStarForADay reserves the right to ask them to leave. This will result in the termination of the session and invalidation of the Gift Voucher.
